CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – February 22, 2021 — Coldwell Banker ROX Realty (CBRR) has named Bea
Lueck as the designated broker (DB) for the firm, effective immediately. Lueck replaces owner Rock
Earle, in this capacity. Plans were put in place in mid-2020 for Lueck to transition to the role of DB, with
the first step getting her broker’s license when COVID shifted coursework to a virtual classroom.
Lueck, an established REALTOR® with CBRR, has over 11 years of experience in residential and
commercial real estate. She was recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle
Award for Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates worldwide, placing her in the top 6% globally.
Additionally, Lueck is the General Manager of ROX Group overseeing daily activities for a variety of
companies including CBRR, ROX Casa Grande Insurance, and ROX Media.
As a resident of Pinal County since 1981, Lueck is active with the local community having spent over 10
years working with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Casa Grande Valley. She currently sits on the board of
the Maricopa Economic Development Alliance (MEDA).
